Project included the installation of complete mechanical system consisting of the following:
- Installation of two 7,500,000 BTU outdoor gas fired air handling units
- Two dust collectors and exhaust fan
- Overhead supply and exhaust ductwork throughout manufacturing plant
- Gas fired radiant tube heaters inside plant
- Gas piping
- Hoisting and placement of air handling units. Units were received in three sections, hoisted and bolted together on-site.
- Drilled piles, poured concrete grade beams and pads for outdoor equipment.
- Welded structural steel supports and framing on roof to support supply and exhaust air systems.
- Coordination of subcontractors involved including electrical, HVAC, controls, insulator, air balancing, piling, concrete, structural steel, and roofing.
- Majority of work was done at night to avoid customer's bus production
